Because our books are digital files delivered instantly, all sales are generally final and we are unable to accept returns once files have been delivered.

We'll Always Make It Right

Your satisfaction matters. Please contact us at support@healingstoriesnetwork.com within 14 days of purchase if:

• you were charged but did not receive your files;
• a file is corrupted, will not open, or is missing pages;
• you were charged twice or bought the same title by mistake.

In these cases we will promptly re-send your files or issue a refund where appropriate.
