Download Help
Every ebook purchase includes PDF and EPUB. Keep the order email and save your files somewhere you can find them again.
Find your downloads
- After payment, look for the download links on the order-confirmation screen.
- Check the inbox for the email address used at checkout, including spam and promotions folders. Your links are also sent by email.
- Save both files to your device. If you checked out as a guest, use your order email to find the purchase details.
No email or download link?
Check the address entered at checkout and search your inbox for Healing Stories Network. If you still cannot find the message, contact support with your order number and book title. Do not send payment-card details.
Choose a reading format
PDF preserves the page design. Open it in a PDF reader or a browser with PDF support. Use the reader’s zoom controls to enlarge the page.
EPUB works in compatible ebook apps and lets you adjust text size. Download the EPUB file, then use your reading app’s Open or Import option.
Read on Kindle
Send the EPUB to your Kindle library using Amazon’s Send to Kindle service, then sync your device or Kindle app. Open Send to Kindle.
File will not open?
Check that the download has finished, then try downloading the file again. Open PDF in a PDF reader and EPUB in an EPUB-compatible app. If the file still appears corrupt or incomplete, contact support with the book title, device, app and exact error message.
Keep a personal backup
Download promptly and keep a backup for your personal use under the Terms of Service. If a hosted link stops working, contact support with the order details for help recovering access. Do not rely on the email link as your only copy.
